Scale your work

Stealth apps, done for you.

An AI teammate that applies your expertise, running behind the service you already sell. Built to deliver the quality your clients expect, without your hours in every step.

What it is

It shows up where your clients already are.

Your clients already use apps they know. We bring your AI teammate into those apps, so nobody has to change how they work, and spend our time on the part that matters: carrying your expertise, your core values, and the way you deliver.

  • Notion
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Canva
  • Kit

We look at what you and your clients use first, then pick what makes it easy to adopt and easy to keep using.

The stealth app playbook

How your AI teammate comes together.

Generally four to six weeks, depending on what it takes on.

  1. Free discovery call

We talk through the service you sell and where your time goes.

  2. Strategy session

We go deep on your expertise and frameworks, and on the apps you and your clients use, and agree on what the AI teammate takes on.

  3. Alpha: behind the scenes

The AI teammate does the work, and every output passes through you or your team first.

  4. Beta: you step back

Review relaxes as the quality holds, and your service keeps running.

What changes

Once your AI teammate is in place.

Your hours come back

Before

Every client runs through you: the reading, the drafting, the first pass.

After

The AI teammate takes those steps. You show up to review and sign off.

Growth stops meaning more of you

Before

Each new client or member adds to your week.

After

You take on more clients without your hours growing with them.

Your standards, every time

Before

Quality depends on how much time you had that day.

After

Every client gets your expertise applied the same way, on time.

A capacity problem, not an ability problem.

A LinkedIn consultant’s membership

Her membership grew, and her hours stayed the same. Members could submit up to 12 posts a month for review, and each one needed her eye. Now members change a status in her Notion planner, and their review comes back within minutes, scored against her rubric every time.

Tens of members became over a hundred, with no added review capacity.

  4. 00:03comment left in Notion, status set to reviewed

Illustrative timing.

A researcher’s bias review

Her customers sent hundreds, sometimes thousands, of questions to review for bias, and a team of students and invited experts took weeks. An AI teammate now does the first pass in 24 hours or less, working from her research, her standards, and the legal precedents behind them.

Weeks of review became a couple of hours of her own time.

Who it’s for

Built for businesses whose offer already works.

Maintenance is available as a service. The infrastructure lives in your own accounts.

Before you book

How is this different from building a custom app?

We turn your expertise into an AI-enabled back end and connect it to the apps and platforms your clients already use.

We’d rather show up where your clients already are. Our time goes into a back end that carries your expertise, your core values, and the way you deliver.

Will my clients have to learn a new app?

Ideally, no. We start by looking at what you and your clients already use.

If your clients work in apps like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, or Kit, we bring your AI teammate into them. Nobody has to change how they work.

We also look at what gives your clients the best experience. Sometimes that’s a connector that keeps them inside Claude. Sometimes it’s a simple portal of its own. We take the path that’s easiest to adopt and keep using.

Who keeps it running once it’s built?

We offer maintenance as a service.

We also provide documentation, so your team can maintain it in-house if you’d rather.

What do I need to have ready?

Examples of your work, your standards, and before-and-afters that show how you decide.

And someone on your team who can manage the AI teammate: someone who understands what it does and oversees the quality of its work.

When do we go deep on how I work?

In a strategy session, after the discovery call.

That’s where we go deep on your expertise and frameworks, and decide what the AI teammate takes on first.
